The Boat Inn Restaurant

The Boat Inn is on the banks of the river Dee. There are many country walks of varying lengths in the vicinity to assist with building an appetite.

Scottish cuisine does not have a great reputation but dining here may make one think differently. The menu focuses on local ingredients and chef prepares the food so that the flavor of these ingredients shines though. Given the location we ordered venison, it was cooked to perfection and accompanied by curly kale and black pudding. Uncomplicated and delicious!
